The main focus of the GNR product suite is to provide powerful functionality that you can use easily. We empower you to take control of all aspects of your website – content, graphics and functionality.

To get you up and running and managing your website environment, we have a large range of  support mechanisms:

There are over 50 short video vignettes available to take you through how the system functionality and settings work.

2.     Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Check out the FAQ page to see if your question has already been asked and answered before.

3.     Forums
If you would like to engage in online questions and discussion, tips and tricks, please review the Forum page for additional information and guidance.

4.     Support Ticketing System
If you have a specific query around your environment, or for resolving system errors, please use our Support Ticketing System to generate a specific action. This will help us to track and resolve your issue timeously.

Our systems are designed to be self-service, with an abundance of available information and assistance on-line. However, telephone support is offered on a pre-paid basis and quarterly support contracts can be purchased. For the current month, the telephone support service will be available free to members.
